I didn't see anything in the rules specifically banning ebay posts.

There are only a few hours left on this auction, so there's still a chance to get these runes. Compared to normal D2 Sale website prices, these are very cheap. You could "buy" pretty much anything you wanted with 100 Ist runes.

One problem i see is, there are 88 runes in the picture (48 stash, 40 inventory), how do ppl know they'll get the other 12?

Its a scam!!!! It's more safe to bot or trade for your items.
