Can tornado be blocked?

Hey, I'm building a barb to specifically counter wind druids. SHould i invest in dex for block %? I kno that the hurricane (the cold dmg) is unblockable, but I dont kno if the tornado/twister (normal dmg) is able to be blocked.

no thats not blockable im pretty sure but damage reduce % helps against that alot i think (my singer with ss took less damage from one nado then with dual hotos)

No. Tornado can't be blocked. I think that twister might be able to though... there is absorb ect that will help. Yes. Put at least enough for max block.

When in ww mode i think it still blockes then not 100% sure because i never play barbs

tornado does physical dmg in a splash sort of format. no it cannot be blocked. ele druids die easily against ww barbs with high life, dmg, and max cold resist, and max % dmg reduct.

Ya, basically it the damage does physical, but its skill tab is under elemental, so just like fire baal or ice blast, you cannot block them.

There is only 1 way to Block tornado. The assasins Weapon Block.

Or the Amazons Dodge and Evade skill, because i dont think tornado count as ranging in the game effect. :S

weap block is the only way to block i guess...

But my barb seemed to block it before....Mayb i was blind i guess...
