When ever i try to load avatar it says this on a blank new page

POST requests from foreign hosts are not allowed.

Might i get some help?

Are you uploading from your PC or using a foreign image host?

Also only are allowed one signature, please remove one.

i jsut put it on a sec to see what it looked like and i jsut saved what foog gave me and then put it in the little box and it said that

[Foog]

for your avatar, don't enter [IMG] http://www.whatever.com/whatever.jpg [/IMG]

just do http://www.whatever.com/whatever.jpg

or just download it to your computer and then upload via the SECOND box.
