Only because me and my fellow associates deal with the transfer of downloads and pictures that may be XXX rated and could get young users in trouble with their parents or guardian... etc. You do not have to be 16 but for your own safety, I and my fellow clan members decided that 16 wouldn't not get the younger users in trouble with there guardians.
