str glitch?

ya i kinda need help w/it i made a pvp zon and it works great w/glitch until i died i couldnt put on gear again. so could some1 explain to me how 2 use this glitch correctly.

put on an item that gives a lot of str... put on the first item that gives you str until you can wear your heaviest item... then take off the str item..
