Diabolic help plz

I never used this program b4 but i need help with Diabolic.
what are some commands?

and my error trying to start it up = i am missing d2launch.dll where can i get that lol.....

u stick the thing in d2 folder then press install and whala u go in game it works

i think d2launch should be in utilities in the download section, look there

lol d2launch could not be found or edited and its already in the folder.. o.O"
