Unknown Game Error Problem!!!

ive been reading over n over again abot this problem and the only solution ive read about is that i didnt make the cdkey. i got d2jsp 4745 and ive read guide after guide and followed each step n still cant get it to work? if theres another way 2 fix this can someone plz tell lme.
