I looked in the sticky but it didn't say.. i've heard it was 2 minutes which is 120 seconds but i set my bot to do runs around 120-121 seconds and i still got r/d.

its 3 minutes or less that gives you a realm down... i have mine set at 200 seconds 3 min 20 sec and i havent got a realm down.
