sor question

im buildin a fire sor but not followin any of these guides. i maxd out FB and all its synergies and fire mast. now the thing is should i put the rest of my skills i get into ES or Telek. and if u say i should put more into telek plz explain why cuz i dont even know what bonuses it gives to ES. help me out!

It is sposed to reduce the amount of mana thats taken when damaged (8%) per level. Now the only thing is, my friends tell me its not only base points like a normal synergy. I have yet to find this out. If it is not ust base pts lvl 32 tk will do. If some1 could clerify on the base lvl skill lvl stuff, that would be awsome!

If its true its total skill lvl, then i need to remake my sorc badly ROFL!

You need 16 base points into telek.
It just reduces dmg to mana.

I know but it does 8% per lvl, and you can go higher than 16, my question was is it base or total. I've been told both
