Zonfire: can't get it to load chara in USEast

Isn't this possible? I put the file into the save/USEast folder, inside the USEast, and yet the only way I can find the chara is if it is outside the USEast folder, and then it appears on Open B.Net. Assistezm-moi, s'il vous plait?

Hero Editor only edits the character files used for Open, Single Player, and TCP/IP games. These character files are stored in your D2 Save folder.
You can not use Hero Editor to edit your Closed game characters. Your Closed game characters are stored on Battle Net computers, and it is illegal to hack into their computers.
