Plz Explain FHR

will some1 please just simply explain fhr to me.. what it does, and how it helps? because a lot of ppl r shaeling their helms or circs for fhr.. is it really that vital?? thanks.

FHR determines how long it takes after getting hit to start another action... Like if you melee attack a sorc with low FHR, there's a moment the sorc can't do anything.

yeah so its pretty much what it means. the more you have the faster you recover when you get hit. its kinda like getting stunned, you have a smaller stunned time.

oooooh.. for some reason when it said hit regeneration i was thinking of health points so i thought u healed faster or something. but this makes a lot more sense. thanks.
