What about v1.9?[Hero Editor]

Ok ok. So everyone is all pumped up with editing 1.10 characters but what about v1.9? there are so many obvious advantages to useing 1.9 like the 2147483647 cap on stats unstead of a mesily 1000 sumtin. any ways on to my question. a dex of 2147483647 will give 5% chance to hit on everything so does any one out there know of a max dex for v1.9?

are you trying to hex edit your char for open or just hack it...
b/c its like the same when trying to make yur char use boss skills.
