Trang's Gloves and Enhanced Dmg%

Hey guys, I'm making a few new characters and I ran into a couple of issues.

First, do Trang's gloves give the 25% enhanced psn dmg to rabies for a werewolf druid?

Second, how does Enhanced damage work exactly? Is it a pool like add up all enhanced damage percentages into one big percentage and then apply that to base dmg or something else?

Yeah trang gloves work on a rabies. Increased my psn dmg by almost 5000. Not completely sure about the enhanced dmg thing. I'll have a wee study to see.
