id say 1-1.5 hrs... most people prefer speed to dmg, and your speed is very low.

It's still faster than a grief made out of a zerker, hands down.. I don't really think that it would go THAT low. =\

Still, I'm probably going to use it.

people dont care about speed on a phase blade, or at least they care less. a pb has 30% more base ias (maybe 40) so people want dmg. On a zerker people only care about ias, cuz its hella slow. That is at least 4 ists On West (ist being half a hi).

Zerker axes are 0 attack speed.

Phase Blades are -30 attack speed, hence 30 more attack speed.
