How I Found To Decrease The Risk
When Installing Patches There Will Be A Box With A Check Mark. It Will Say Will You Like To Submit Your Non-Personal Infomartion To Battle Net. Make Sure To Uncheck THat Box. I Have Recently Installed It And I Have Noticed That It Has Temporaily Banned Me A Few Times When Using The D2Loader-1.11. But When I Use Regular Diablo Exe It Will Work Fine.
