I've actually solo'd it 3 times with a lvl 82 smiter that only has 1100 life...basically no life charms...Trying to get a pally Torch but no luck yet, barb druid and assn so far. You get better at it each time I believe, died about 10 times the first time I did it, this last time only died once heh...

Yeah that's what I don't like about my grief, dura gets low too fast. It'll probably take over 150 swings to kill ubers so do you just stock up on orts? I have 2.5k life now :p I guess if I did stat quests, lvled more and did anya quests i'd be better.

are we talking about a smiter? if so
My smiter uses a grief zerker and it usually lasts for 1 uber trist run lol

Good zealer or smiter is easiest. Make sure have Dracul's on and you should be fine.

Smiter is so easy to solo, barbs would be quite difficult because you don't hit 100% of the time and you attack slow + they heal fast.

the problem about a summon necro is you have to kill to summon and in there i garuntee you arent gonna kill shit as a necro

Wow, i can't believe it really is taht easy to kill uber trist with a smiter. I tried it the frist time and I died 2 times and then I pwned them!!! Smiter totally owns!!!

Smiters are cheap as shit, but as long as you don't use them as PKers I guess they ok... ¬_¬

Probubly because life tap, you don't even need to be a smiter, I used dracs and 4 eth'd Gris wep and I own em with Zeal

kill the stuff elsewhere to get minions then go in and fight...that solves that problem..any other problems with a summoner nec?

i dont think its possible for sumons to do enough dmg to stop the increadibly fast healing of the primevils.

I just did the so-called uber trist, solo.
took about 10 minutes. never died. first time i try by myself.

my exact gear is
35/360grief pb, 23/31 coa, 834 great hauberk Co, 260/14/18res all, 1280 def Sacred targe exile, 20maras, 13/15 treks, 8/15 string, 243/16 raven, raven spiral, 10/15 dracs

and a few fhr charms, life charm, str charms, nothing godly.

Doing uber trist solo is quite easy since the primevils have MUCH less life. simply DO NOT atack minions, ONLY atack primevil. when ur done with one, kill his minions. the imune ones shouldnt be a problem, let em live. My advice is start with meph, lure him close to portal. then get either diablo or baal lured close to portal. keep a few mana pots and u shouldnt have a problem

well made summoners with good gear dont suck. they arent as good as some characters but they can still be good. i was just thinking about them because they are easiest to stay alive with and i play hcl so dying even 1 time isnt an option

I soloed Uber trist last night, with my bone necro, and my trusty hireling. toook a little while but it was worth it (+3 sorc charm) died once and hireling died 3 times, was using oak sage as bait (Hoto) and teleing backwards and blasting the mob, and bosses. it was complicated but fun too :o
