Ever been on a Trav run and notice the stairs were opened even though it was your first time in Act 3? You can get the Meph quest without completing the Council quest. Think, and do it the same way.

nice... i guess my friends and i will just start making chars for the forges
 ! my friend can bring over 5 of his computers then we can rush 7 chars at the same time.. then get 7 forges in each difficulty from each rush
