D2hackit not working

I just downloaded the latest version of hackit from mewgood. It doesn't seem to have a loader, and when I tried an earlier vers. when I clicked loader and went back to D2 it still wasn't loaded... I'm running Windows Xp.
Also like to know whether blizzard is actually taking more action on catching people running hacks etc. and whether I should get mh :confused:
