Is it possible that I might get banned for repeatedly doing this on purpose. And no they did not fix it, I just tested it.

Yep, it's an exploit and you're taking advantage of it. = Against ToS.

Report it to Blizzard if it still works.

ive fought a person that used that in 1.10 before, it was dumb...they lied and told me it was a jewel that did it. i forgot about it untill now...i hate when people use it just to kill you and laugh at you after the fight... they suck

flamebellow allows you to use inferno, so if you equip it on a barb, then you can leap
