Well d2 loader works, i can load 2 times diablo game but i can't use 2 times same cd key

Ah, but you can. You just can't have them in the same game at the same time. Simply find the target box on your Diablo 2 shortcut. If you run in windowed mode or without sound, you'll know what I'm talking about. At the very end of the "Target" line, type "-Multiclient"

Just make sure not to try and xfer by yourself, your game will crash if both players are in the same game.

Also, up to 8 may be opened at once.
