Using Pindlerate

I downloaded pindlerate in hopes of it working and it doesnt.

I have the d2loader properly installed as well as Zoid's Pickit, what else am i doing wrong? I dont think it could be the delays that are the problem, they are currently set on the default setting. This is what my bot does:

Enters account
Chooses character
Makes game
Enters game
Stands in Act 5 - doesnt move at all
Exits game
-Repeat-

Could i please get some advice on what im doing wrong?

Well I have got it working once before, and I can't tell you what exactly you have done wrong. I personally don't like it because it's slow, plus it's cheating according to blizzard.
