No windows media player videos play in firefox for some reason, i hear the noise (talking, music ect..) but nothing is showing up. Can anyone please help me.

There is a plugin somewhere that swaps it so winamp takes over the role of playing media in websites... not sure if it was I.E or firefox though.
Also have you updated to the latest media player?

google firefox plugins and then get windows media one.

Windows Media Player does horrible when it comes to streaming videos through a browser. I suggest just downloading the media and WinAmp-ing it or VLC-ing it.
