D2LOADER help

I just dled my D2LOADER and i unzipped it and I put the file into Diablo Directory. Then I took Diablo II.exe from D2LOADER and put it in where the Directory. I then put in the d2scripts thingy and the other folder and when I click Diablo II.exe it doesn't do anything other than make sounds like its gonna load. Plz Help me what do I do?
