Connecting to B-Net Probs

When i try to connecet to battle net it tells me that i am not connected to the internet??? i know that its not my firewalls and i dont think its my cd key cause i got a new one and idk what could be causeing this problem i dont use any hacks or 3rd party programs!!! it lets me go to connecting to fastet server and then it tells me im not connected to te internet???? can ne one help me get back to playing on bnet???? plz help if you know how to

do u already have the 1.11 patch? cause befoer d2 wouldnt automatically dl 1.10 patch for me whenever i reformatted my comp so i manually went to battle.net and dled the new patch and it worked
