Vex and Ohm formula

Does anyone know the formula to turn 2 guls into vex?; then 2 vexs into ohm? You might ask why not just trade for Ohm? Well, I am in ladder and not many people have Ohm for trade and those who do ask for like a billion sojs.

2 Gul Runes + 1 Ruby = Vex Rune
2 Vex Runes + 1 Emerald = Ohm Rune
