Which skills for a ES light sorc?

I've heard to kind of skill- builds which i would say both were nice.... but which is best?


20 charged bolt
20 lightning
20 telekenesis
20 lightning mastery
20 chainlightning
1 ES

and the other one:

20 charged bolt
20 lightning
20 telekenesis
20 lightning mastery
6 in ES (For max arbsorb with precast)
14 in chain lightning


which is best ?? Please help me out im totally lost :S

ohh, and one more thing, does a ES light sorc need max block ????

lol es sorc cant block (not enought stat or you will suck)
put max dmg tk 20 but you neeed high life to allow that (skiller 45 life) if not use lv 40 ES and no vita but your dmg easy to be absorb ...
