How can I raise my Attack Rating?

My attack Rating on my zealot is only like 7000, his chance to hit is only about 70% and I would to raise it, I just did Uber Tristram, and as I was beating down on diablo, I hit him like 50 times in a row, then i didnt hit him at all forl ike 2 straight minutes and his health went striaght back up! I would like to taise my AR! My chance to block is 75%, Shuold i put more points into dex or what? I reallyt need to raise it.

more pts in dex, or something item that gives +to attack rate

use angelic ammy and rings.

use some ravens or get a demon limb tyrant club and use its enchant charges to raise ur attack rating for a temporary boost, plus it adds some fire damage as well

I recommend getting items -target defense, those help alot. Higher defense means it takes more AR to reach 95% to hit, but with -target defense mods, you can cut their defense in half and hit them alot easier.

But, don't forget that some monsters, especially the Uber's can still block.

How much dex do you have even with items on? Zealots don't really need dex cuzz holy shield gives them % to block. Just get enough dex to use your items and use angelics for rest. Plus you could max out zeal, that will add a shitload of attack rating. If your nonladder 320s wouldnt be a bad idea either. If your attack rating is still to low after this, (Although I don't see how) then just add dex. - target defence gets nurfed for bosses I believe. Anyway if hes useing a botd eth zerk like a zealot should he will get some - target defence.

What items are you using? Knowing that would make it a lot easier to tell where you can improve.

use theses items:

Visonnary helm ( a magic helm giving %ar/lvl )
32020's
hsarus boots+belt
angelic amulet+2rings

That should give you soem godly AR....

Well this is just what my zealer had but you zealer only needs 7k ar when i researched the net for builds all of them said you really only need 7k ar.. but what i did with my char was used angelic ammy and 1ring and i used raven spiral then i tried 2 raven spiral and highlords they both work real good and raven spiral add res you can try those out
