Using Conviction on Ubes Question

can anyone tell me 4 sure if conviction lowers the trist ubes resistences!
Ill tell why i ask:
Im going 2 do uber trist with a cold sorc , fire sorc(sorces will alternate) and a conviction pala , or try! :p
I planned a pala with obedience full prayer and full conviction but i wanna know if sorcs will do 4 sure more dmg if pala uses conviction , if not ill just go 4 salvation!

yeah u can use conviction for any monster... and it lower resistances....

on a side note, salvation doesnt increase poison resistance.

It also lowers their defense, making them alot easier to hit. I just solo'ed Uber-Trist recently using my Conviction Zealot (see my thread in this section) with no prolems, except Meph.
