#1 look in character development.
#2 its not very hard to work out.

Skills should be fairly obvious, unless you're going to be sneaky and use e-sheild. Ill assume you're not very sneaky.

Stats.
Str: Enough to wear your items.
Dex: Enough to wear your items OR have max block. Depends on what sheild you use really.
Vit: All left over points (unless you're going e-sheild)
Ene: Enough to have a decent ammount of mana, just say 100 give or take.

pure fire will get you stuck in many areas of solo hell. i would recommend a backup skill like orbs.

max fireball, meteor, firemast and orbs.
you should have 92 skills points to distribute by lvl80 assuming you have done all the skill quests (1-den, 1-rad, 2-izualx3 difficulties).
