The actuall meaning for Iolite

Iolite is a stone of leadership. It brings confidence to the wearer and that confidence is reflected outwards to others. It can help people feel more confident about their ability to take charge of their lives. Specifically, a grayish Iolite promotes leadership in careers; bluish stones in friendships; and purple Iolites promote leadership in sexual and familial relationships. This stone was also used by the Vikings to protect and guide travelers.

I think i might change that user title now lol.. sounds a bit.. er.. gay... any suggestions..?

And i changed N00bie to New Member because certain people didnt like being a "noobie"

change iolite to council member and leave the last 1 the same i guess, keep the first one cuz it is true lol, leave member the same and change valued member to...let me think.....erm....hmmm......*ponders*......i dont knoe im going with...hmmm still thinking
