it is a combination of both the maphack and your inability to play without hacks... Since i was one of the bans i really have no right to say anymore than just we got PWNED BAD by B.NET they severly OWNED us lol i wonder if they are doing these bans so we'll all go out and buy it again... Seeing as since they've not realeased a good game in a while i think they need something that will make them money and they see how desparate the players of D2 get when they don't get their fiX LOL!

YES! Right, he isn't guilty that blizzard banned you. It's because Warden has been updated, like skidude said. So don't blame him. And even if Warden has NOT been updated you mustn't blame him.

they did that also because they knew netter would make a new maphack and more people would think yay its gone and yeah proved them wrong.

well yes i guess blizzard would think if you wanted to play bad enough you woudl go buy another cd key..which is more money in their pocket. But also because you cant release a new patch with new content (the keys thing) and have people go around with mh finding a key ever 2 mins. then it would have been pointless for them to even do that.

I think its partly both parties fault... A. you for downloading it and b. for him making a crappy mh that is always coming up as detecable.
