Try this, it was humor in bad taste. Alot of shit goes on here but that was just stupid and wasn't even funny. There's a difference between jokes in good taste and common banter and making a joke about the possible loss of hundreds of homes. There are times to joke and times to just hold it back for a bit. There's something that helps you realise when the time is right...it's called maturity.

Yeah, banning was a little harsh, and I wasn't on his side either, but he did seem like he was going to be a bigger problem around the forum than he could possibly help. Maybe it was hash, but it was for the good of the forum.

First time problem maker deserves a Warning, but if he is persistantly making mistakes i understand ban but this kid made one mistake then got banned for standing up for himself

i dunno i dont think a guy should be banned for that kinda stuff in a flame forum, he was just being a dumbass, its not that big a deal, u shouldn't off banned him, he dint deserve it yet.... although he did disrespect all the admins.

He made a stupid post and after it was close he went on to insult the mods and admins for his dumb thread being closed. Personally, I think that's a perfectly good reason to ban him. He received his warning when the other thread was closed and then this one pushed him to a ban. His fault for being a moron.
