Click on those Boxes. And if there r alrdy checked, click on it once to uncheck it and again to check it. Then you will ahve the waypoints. Hope this helps. And remember to click on the SAVE button on Hero Editor after u edit your characters.

well... if anything else doesn't work, you could install v.80..... its just the same as v.90... just.. i think a few bug fixes in v.90 v.82 and .90 cause errors for me for some reason though... 0.80.. not as much errors.. only a runtime error, which i usually fix easily.. now im just rambling on....
Re missing graphics (such as check boxes):
It looks like your computer may be running out of memory and/or resources. Try closing other programs (MSN, IE, etc.), and see if Hero Editor works properly. If necessary, reboot your computer, and try again.

I guess the problem is that there's no "official" editor for 1.11b yet, so You may experience problems with different versions, just as Reaper of Death suggested.
I have used 0.80 all the time, for 1.10, 1.11 and 1.11b and have experienced no such problems. I doubt it's a memory problem, unless Your computer is insanely slow...

lol i used 0.80 for a long time, no problems whatsoever, when i switched, i had a few problems...
