i vote for the third party programs. i would rather have to wait for the lag and server traffic to calm down then get scammed outta my items.

I voted for a lag free environment, becaus even though I have a really fast connection, I still lag a lot (Europe). I have a friend that lost a lev 88 necro in hc due to lag. He saved and exited, but the lag kept him inside the game and he died. He was quite high on the ladder as well... It happened this season. Logically thinking, You shouldn't provide Your customers with a system such as hardcore when they can lose good chars because Your servers aren't good enough...
Also, GET RID OF THOSE CHATBOTS! They are so annoying!

i absolutely loath when i get pked because of lag.. though i think most of the lag i expierence comes from my own computer rather then the servers...

I've personally stopped playing in hc because i can't take the frustration anymore when a hi lvl char dies because of lag.
Items are going to become cheaper anyway as time passes on maphacks, bots and dupes enhance that process but the outcome will still be the same in the end.

I voted for choice 1. They've done a good enough job of wiping out hack users already.

rather than concentrating on third party progs like mh and other bots, they should try and rid Bnet of spam-bots. seriously. it makes it so that chatting is really really diccicult to do without being constantly cut off. i mean, if you're gonna spam, you should do it with copy paste, at least.
