How do i work hero editor?

well i downloaded hero editor and when i clikon open like open a new char it comes up with tis file called open inside that file it has naother file saying europe and another file sayin gtt nothing is in the europe file and a error is in the gtt flile

So can u plz helpm me Big Grin

By default, Hero Editor will look for character files (*.d2s) in your D2 Save folder. This is where your Single Player characters are stored, and these same character files are used for Open and TCP/IP games. Don't bother with any files with other file extensions. And, if you didn't know, Closed character files are stored on B.Net computers, so you can NOT edit these with Hero Editor (it is illegal to even try).

If you don't already have any Single Player characters, then you can either use the D2 game to create a new character, or use Hero Editor: Extras window, Item/Character Create tab, New V1.10 button.
