download question

when i try to play maple story my screen turns black and says cannot display this video... wtf is worng. do i need to download more stuff or what happened?

did u download maple from www.mapleglobal.com based on the entire exe version and then go to the MS folder and double click on setup? that usually fixes the problem...

maple is a pretty basic game so a videocard from 20002 should be compatible.
