Smiter/Foh guide plz

Hi, i was thinking about making a smiter/foh.. and i was wondering what should i max and what do i need to but skills on.. i know i should max foh and holy shok but if someone could give me a guide on making a smiter/foh it would be most appreicated..

Hmm...that's a pretty good guide, actually. The strategy section could use a bit work though. Also, CtA was never mentioned (he probably just assumed that everyone knows to use it).

Not much was changed in 1.11. Is it that hard to improvise a bit?

The only thing that has changed between 1.10 and 1.11 is Torche's. Correct me if im wrong.
