1. OVERVIEW
This is a Assassin build mostly based upon the skill Dragon Claw, and with the charge-up skill Tiger Strike. This is also meant for about a level 50 Assassin dueler. This is a very good build, and with good strategy and nice damage claws (Cruel Suwayyah, Bartuc's for me) you can take down level 70+ characters in about 3 hits at level 50.
2. STATS
Strength-110
Dexterity-100*
Vitality- All remaining
Energy- Base**
*You won't be needing too much Dexterity, Bartuc's takes care of that.
**If you are going to put a point into a trap for stunning, put about 10 points in Energy.
3. SKILLS
You will want to max Tiger Strike, about 10 points into Dragon Claw, and max Claw Mastery. You should be able to have them maxed at about 40, if you use all skill quests. Also, you will need about 5 points into Burst of Speed for IAS, and about 5+ points into Weapon Block so you have at least a little block. Also, Weapon Block can block elemental attacks such as the dreaded Fireball or even a Lightning Sentry. Also, for the trap, if you plan to level up, put about 10 points into the trap of choice (preferably Lightning Sentry.) For runners, put a point into Dragon Flight, you won't need to max it.
4. GEAR
Helm- Vamp Gaze
Armor- Shaftstop
Weapons- Cruel Suwayyah, Bartuc's, any good damage claw with a level requirement below 50. (Suwayyah's requirement is 44. Perfect ED cruel is about 150-204 damage.)
Boots- Goreriders
Gloves- Bloodfists are a MUST. Awesome mods on the gloves for a melee Assassin.
Belt- String of Ears or Thundergod's, if you want DR, go with String, but absorb is TGod's thing.
Rings- 2 Raven Frosts
Amulet- Good rare amulet or Cat's Eye (I prefer latter.)
5. CONCLUSION
This is a fun build, it is challenging to make, and also, at level 50, which is the basis of this guide, you can usually kill level 70 characters and up. Also, I'd like to thank Diabloii.net, where I learned how to spell "Suwayyah". This guide is based off my Assassin named RealMeleeAsn, which is on USEast Non-Ladder.
