Actually that's flavored tootsie stuff. The normal tootsie roll is chocolate flavored. All the others are not flavored chocolate, but what the flavor is.

White chocolate is truly not chocolate at all. Chocolate is cocoa, cocoa butter, and sugar stuff. However, all white chocolate is just cocoa butter and sugar stuff, without any actual chocolate. Therefor white chocolate is just hard sweetened butter, and milk/dark/bittersweet/cooking chocolate is chocolate.

Chocolate gets better with age but that doesn't apply to cheap stuff you can buy in supermarkets. You have to go to specialized shops where they sell real quality products.
