Winlogon file corrupt

its says its corrupt, so it takes like 4 restarts before my pc logs in, there anyway to fix this short of reinstalling and format?

You may have a Virus, there's shitloads out.

I suggest you reformat your computer. If you can, save all the Important Files on a Disk (Document's, Game Saves, Important Info, Etc.)

Or Download AVG or some other scanner and scan your computer. AVG constantly scans your computer, so the Virus is pretty much gone when it hits your Computer.

i got avg eiwido, the works , the error i get is that it can't write the file to memory, and i looked at the size of the winlogon file comapred to an orginal and the corrupt one is quite a bit bigger

if you are using (have used) diff win logon files, just download StyleXP and like "redo" your winlogon file or sum like that.
