I know how to make bin files files from a cd, but is there any way to make a bin from a bunch of files that you alredy have on the computer?

Yep, you can use something like WinISO.

as far as i know even nero should be able to do it

Nero advanced mode is annoying though, too many options to read and choose from, especially if you are not really bothered to do something specific.
