Cta question, bot drinks

It is strange whenever my bot switches at Piddle to BO it drinks a rejuv. it is the strangest thing. she does it as she switches not after BOing. Any ideas why. i can switch with just the Cta, or i use a spirit shield as well to boost the BO. i have checked the change in life and mana and it is minimal, i have my bot to drink when life is 30%. and mana 10%.
