IAS Question

I am trying to make a purely PVM Bowazon that is able to reach the max speed breakpoint but I am having problems finding enough IAS.

Heres my equipment
120/45 Bone Visage
Fortitude Archon Plate
40/15 Verdungos
2/15 Faith Grand Matron Bow
Gale Grasp Vampbraces
Eth Sandstorm Treks
Highlords Ammy
20 Dex Raven
Havoc Spiral

I am trying to reach the 7pa Breakpoint.
On the Grand Matron Bow with lvl 15 Fant I need 92% IAS to get to 7pa.
ATM I have 85% IAS but I do not want to give up my Fortitude for a 160/60 because the ED and the mods on the armor are too vital. What can I change to get 7 more IAS?

Heres also my skills I plan to invest. Remember I am going for purely pvm speed and power.

20 Multiple Shot
20 Stafe
20 Valkyrie
7 Dodge
7 Avoid
7 Evade
5 Pierce
5 Penetrate
5 Critical Strike
5 Decoy

1 In all prerequisites

Lvl Req for completion of Build 95

Heres my Stat Points
93 Strength
357 Dexterity
100 Vitality
15 Energy

This is my required stat points for my equipment without a torch or anni charms. Hopefully I will be able to get a hold of both.

u need a 10 ias belt / i.e : Nosferates (BM) , Goldwrap , I think razortail might do 10 ias as well not sure.

Why are you maxing Stafe and Spread Shot? Strafe owns Spread Shot.
