question on spirit monarch shield

in d2legit.com, the spirit shields have 15% ed and max durability
but my spirit doesnt have any of that
even in arreat summit spirit dont have the ed and durablitliy
wots the diff?
and how to get the extra goods on ur shield?

Even if tho this isn't the right forum...... it's simply a superior monarch, (f.y.i. a surperior version of the item) the superior qualities can be ED or durability. So you basically got to find a superior monarch with 15%ed and 15% increase durability (pretty hard to find) or buy one.

is there a way to make my clean 4 soc monarch a superior by using the cube?

It was originally a SUPERIOR socketed Monarch they used to make SPIRIT, hence the stats.
