Yo, posting this for the sake of it just incase people didn't have an idea about where to look for the direct download of Maple Sotry and also for the people deciding to give this game a punch.
Patch notice directory:
When there is a patch going on, you could check whats going on by looking in the directory. The most recent notices should be on the bottom.
