or maybe im just a noob.
Hydra bow has base speed of 10 avrage damge of 39 and its FAST attack speed.
Pellet bow has base speed of -10 and avarage damage of 50.5 yet it's speed is listed as NORMAL.
Whats up with these attack speed numbers? Shouldnt -10 be faster?

ya, some wierd stuff, a buri (ballista) also has base speed of 10.... makes no since since its super slow firing, and realy hard to get IAS gear to benifit it. anyone figure this out?

In d2, 10 is slower than -10. Don't know why.

That's what I thought too. Then why is Pellet bow listed as normal attack speed with -10 and Hydra bow is fast attack speed with 10?

0 is the normal attack speed or an item, if its under 0 it is faster, if above it is slower, and certain types of weapons with 0 attack speed have different speeds.
ballista is slower then hydra, so if theyre both -80 then the hydra will still shoot faster then ballista. Got what im sayin?
