paypal need some explaining

ok well ummm as most people do they pay with paypal and then send you the money well is there a way they can revoke there moeny sent? because someone wants to buy something and i dont want to get it stolin

if you dont understand i want to know can they take there money back from you ?

A common paypal scheme when the item is a virtual item such as a D2 or Everquest item is to pay and then turn in a complaint saying they did not get the item and most of the time since it can not be proven that the item was received or not the credit card company simply gives the buyer their money back and the seller looses the item. I do not know if this "flaw" has been fixed or not but I do know some people who made good use of this to get rather "rich" in certain only games.
