Question about delay time

does anyone have a good set for delay times for using only one cd key. my runs are around 70-100 seconds, i keep trying different combinations of times and i always get realm down

just try to lengthen your delay time before making game or make less runs and more sleep time if that doesnt work make your secondary sleeptime longer mines 15/25/180
