hero editor extras??

when i try to change an items quality or an thin else about the item hero editor doesn'tgiive me any options to choose from it just says "not available" like for sacred armor i got to quality and have tried every option but always it says not available?? can some one plz help me i want to make some stuff plz grrrrrrrrrrrr :confused: :confused: :confused: :mad: :mad:
