Yeah, I wouldn't listen to that last guy. Try putting the graphics on a lower setting.

Did you try playing at lower settings? How hot does the card get? If you don't have a way of measuring the temperatures through a program, just stick your hand in the area around the VC to feel how hot the air is, and if you feel like it breifly touch the VC (although I probably wouldn't recommend that, as 6600s are designed to run up to 90C). If it feels hot, you may need to get a aftermarket heatsink (around 20-40 bucks, probably 30), or build a duct from the back of the case to the VC (around 0 bucks, but can be ghetto as hell).
Oh, forgot to ask, does it restart on any other games?

Is it restarting on its own? Usually a computer just locks up when it overheats. If its restarting you might want to check your Power Supply.
Also make sure your using Direct X 9.0©. Since your using another graphics card, make sure if you have an onboard one that you disable it in the bios. It may cause a conflict.

If you have a max temp setting in the BIOS, then it will restart from heat.
